Training Schedule – Week 1

While it’s still a little on the early side to start training “officially” for the marathon, we’re going to start blogging about how we’re preparing to run 26.2 in April. Every Monday, you’ll be able to see our plans for the week. This week might change slightly because I am starting my first week in NYC at AdRoll.

Monday: Run 5 miles in honor of our veterans, or “Brenton” WOD

Tuesday: CrossFit (Mer at CrossFit516, and Roo at CrossFit Variance)

Wednesday: CrossFit

Thursday: REST

Friday: CrossFit

Saturday: Run 7-8 miles (hopefully together!)

Sunday: REST
